DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
FOR SMALL GROUPS
Our development and performance programmes are specifically tailored for players aged 10 to 18.
These courses will include a blend of drills, video analysis, scenarios, and games-based activities with an emphasis on problem solving.
We will also explore the mental approach to
the game; improving mindset and confidence.
Games-based scenarios are used to help players explore tactical play.
Our player-centred approach means that our programmes are tailored to the specific needs
of each player and the small coach: player ratio
is a maximum of 4:1
All participants in our small group coaching programmes receive a personalised video which shows their improvement and areas for development.
