DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
FOR SMALL GROUPS
Our development and performance programmes are specifically tailored for players aged 10 to 18. These courses will include a blend of drills, video analysis, scenarios, games-based activities with an emphasis on problem solving. We will also explore the mental approach to the game; improving mindset and confidence. Games based scenarios are used to help players explore tactical play.
Our player centred approach mean that our programmes are tailored to the specific needs of each player and the small coach:player ratio is a maximum of 4:1
All participants on our small group coaching programmes receive a personalised video which shows their improvement and areas for development.
