On the Up Coaching was founded in 2023 by Rob Cook and
Tom Hall, who both have over 20 years of experience teaching,
coaching and working with young people.
Our team consists of passionate people who all share a love of cricket and buy into the On the Up values of respect, honesty and commitment.
We aim to provide the highest level of cricket coaching possible for schools, clubs, small groups and individuals.
Our vision is to inspire young people to become the best
version of themselves, improving self-development through
cricket, whilst at all times retaining a sense of fun and perspective.

SPECIALIST COACH
George Rhodes
-
An ex-professional cricketer who has had spells at Worcestershire and Leicestershire and is the third generation of the Rhodes family to play first-class cricket, following his father Steve and grandfather Billy.

His Off Spin bowling has been a weapon in T20 cricket, notably taking 4 wickets for 13 runs against Birmingham Bears.

In 2019, he scored his maiden century during a Royal London match against Yorkshire.

George is a Level 3 coach and is currently a Cricket Professional at Malvern College.

Contributing his experience and energy to help develop young players, with a specialism in coaching spin bowling and batting
